Starting from 1st February 2024, we will no longer be accepting traditional in-store pickups for orders. Instead, we are introducing a more convenient and efficient option called Click and Collect. This new service allows you to place an order online and collect it at your convenience from our store.

We are offering two types of Click and Collect options to cater to your needs:

1. Express Click and Collect (ASAP): This option provides you with the convenience of a faster pickup. However, please note that there will be a $19.99 charge associated with this service or a minimum order value of $399 to have this Free of cost. This ensures priority processing and a quicker turnaround time for your order generally with 1 Hour.
2. Standard Click and Collect (4 Hours): This option allows you to collect your order within 2 to 4 hours of placing it. There is no additional charge for this service, and it is available for all orders meeting the minimum order requirement.
3. 3rd Party Pick - Please Ensure You Have Recieved An SMS Prior To Booking A 3rd Party Pickup & Include Order Number As Pickup Refernece. Mobile Mart is not resposible for any missed pickups or any breakages in transit to you with a 3rd party.

PLEASE NOTE YOU SHALL RECEIVE AN SMS OR EMAIL NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY TO BE COLLECTED.

To avail of the Click and Collect service, please follow these simple steps:

1. Place your Order: Visit our website or mobile app and select the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart.
2. Choose Click and Collect: During the checkout process, select the Click and Collect option as your preferred delivery method.
3. Select Pickup Type: Choose a convenient pickup type from the available options. Please note that the Standard Click and Collect option allows for a pickup within 2 to 4 hours of placing the order.
4. Confirmation Notification: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a text message or email confirmation, only then a collection can take place. This notification will contain the necessary details, including the pickup location and any specific instructions.
5. Collect Your Order: Visit our store at the designated pickup time. Present your confirmation text message or email to our staff at the Click and Collect counter. They will assist you in retrieving your order.

We kindly request that you ensure you have the confirmation text message or email with you when you arrive at the store for pickup. This helps us streamline the process and ensures a smooth experience for both you and our staff.
